Pulled Pork and Coleslaw

Main Ingredients:



Pork Preparation

  1. Place the pork fat side down and add the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Cook in the crock pot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  3. Enjoy as a plate with other sides or make a sandwich.

Coleslaw Preparation

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients and spices well, then add the cabbage and broccoli slaw. Continue to mix and taste to adjust spices as preferred. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
